Subprocessors
The authoritative, maintained list of subprocessors for the MnemoShare SaaS Services. New-subprocessor notice and objection rights are governed by MSA §14.2 and the DPA.
Subprocessor list
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Applies to | Location |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DigitalOcean | Compute / hosting of the SaaS instance | Customer Data hosted within the instance (encrypted; MnemoShare holds no plaintext access where customer-managed keys are elected) | All SaaS instances | United States |
| AWS S3 | Audit-log export storage | Exported audit-log data | Business+ tier when SIEM audit-log export is enabled | United States |
Scope
External AI providers are not MnemoShare subprocessors.
If a customer enables external AI (Anthropic or OpenAI) on their own isolated instance with their own provider key, that provider is the customer's subprocessor for that data flow, covered under the customer's own agreement or BAA with the provider. AI is off by default.
Self-Hosted deployments
Subprocessors generally do not apply to Self-Hosted deployments; the customer controls its own infrastructure.
