How are we charged?
Per user, on every plan. If you've seen "seat" or "mailbox" elsewhere, they mean the same thing: one person, one price.
Does turning off the Gateway's API connection lower the price?
No. The API connection is included in the Gateway, whether it's on or off.
We're close to 750 users. Which do we buy?
Under 750 users, Lite. As you grow past 750, move to API or Gateway. We'll help you plan the switch.
